Our Team




Meet our FOH director. Marina has started her career back in France, her home country. Marina fell into the industry unintentionally as she worked at her sister's restaurant which then she fell in love and begun to flourish in. She then studied hospitality, business management and wine, her true love. Marina has worked all around the world to the most successful Michelin star restaurants. Her charm and passion for wine and food is absolutely incredible. Come in to see her, she will make you feel at home!!!




Meet with our fantastic Chef. Amy was introduced to the hospitality industry at her very young age of 16 starting her career as a Kitchen Porter. She then worked her way up proving her hard work and determination and got her first role as a Demi-chef de partie at the very well known Artichoke restaurant in Amersham where her career took off. She has the huge honour of working with the most talented chefs such as Jason Atherton during a charity event. Amy worked to the most prestigious places in the UK including Michelin star restaurants, high standard Hotels, private members club and most recently a beautiful award winning Pub in Kent which got her to develop her creativity and skills. Through out the years it became clear that Amy had a huge passion for cooking especially pastry her true love. You will definitely be able to taste the passion and love in every dishes that she will make for you!
